All applications must consist of the following: Completed application - must have CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS and phone number ** All applicants will be screened with a
Utah Department of Corrections Sexual Offender background check. If
your application is denied because of a criminal background, your
deposit WILL NOT be returned.
If your application is denied due to the
non-availability of housing or other reasons, your $175 / $300 deposit
will be refunded.
SHOULD YOU DECLINE THE SPACE RESERVED FOR YOU AFTER
BEING ACCEPTED TO DIXIE SOUTH STUDENT HOUSING, YOU WILL FORFEIT
YOUR $175 / $300 DEPOSIT AND ANY RENTAL PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE.
It is advised that you turn in your application as
soon as possible, as college housing is limited. If we are full, we
will notify you and you will be put on a waiting list. If we cannot
provide you any housing, all of your money will be refunded.
