DIXIE SOUTH ONLY ACCEPTS TENANTS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO BOTH SEMESTERS- FALL & SPRING - and/or applications accompanied by full semester payment (Deposit & Rent). Waiting list applicants will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
SHARED ROOM - $1790 - FALL PAYMENT: $995 / SPRING PAYMENT: $795
PRIVATE ROOM - $3300 - FALL PAYMENT: $1700 / SPRING PAYMENT: $1600
Completed application - must have CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS and phone number
Deposit check in the amount of $175 (shared) or $300 (private) made out to DSSH
Optional to pay semester in full (Deposit & Rent) for priority status
** All applicants will be screened with a Utah Department of Corrections Sexual Offender background check. If your application is denied because of a criminal background, your deposit WILL NOT be returned.
If your application is denied due to the non-availability of housing or other reasons, your $175 / $300 deposit will be refunded.
SHOULD YOU DECLINE THE SPACE RESERVED FOR YOU AFTER BEING ACCEPTED TO DIXIE SOUTH STUDENT HOUSING, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR $175 / $300 DEPOSIT.
It is advised that you turn in your application as soon as possible, as college housing is limited. If we are full, we will notify you and you will be put on a waiting list. If we cannot provide you any housing, all of your money will be refunded.
