Pay your non-refundable deposit using the button below.  There is no fee to make your deposit. 

Important information regarding the deposit! 

The deposit is non-refundable. Please do not move forward with the deposit at this time if you are unsure of your plans and whether or not you want us to reserve a spot for you.  Please note that a spot will not be held for you until the deposit is paid. 

If your application is not approved by us because we are full, or for another reason, we will refund the deposit in full. 

The eligible refund on your deposit after the contract is fulfilled and the unit has been determined to be left damage free and clean is as follows: For fall and spring leasees is up to 100.00 of the 300.00 payment for shared-room tenants and up to 200.00 of the 600.00 payment for private-room tenants. 

For summer only applicants the eligible refund is 225.00 of the 300.00 payment for both shared- and private-room tenants.  If you choose to sell your contract, you forfeit your eligible refund. 

!! Make your Non-Refundable Deposit

After choosing your amount on the blue button, use the yellow button  to lead you to pay by credit card. You do not need a Paypal account. You will be asked for your email address for security purposes. 

Note: Use the Shared Room $300 choice for Private Room for Summer.

Same Price as Shared for Summer only. 

If staying for Summer and Fall/Spring and renting Private Room for Fall, use the $600 for Summer and Fall combined

We will respond via email to confirm your reservation within 5 business days.
